I can not turn the warming drawer on because the control knob will not turn. I have tried replacing the knob with one from the burners but it still will not turn.

In the service manual, there was no "warming drawer" error code listed in the code chart.
You need to hold /push the oven control knob in quite firmly while you press the igniter. When it lights up keep holding for about ten seconds then gently release it.
Found that there is an electrical connection at the point the main electric enters the back of the stove. There is a connector for the element that was not connected. Now it works!
Egnition is a push button to a spark generator, If this is electric, the obvious answer would be turn off the electric. This should not affect the gas unless if is temp controled by electric. Usually the temp is set gy a gas regularor controlled with a knob and set before gas is ignited.
sounds like the thermal fuse needs to be replaced on it. unfortunately, it's not resetable. i would have a qualified technician look at it and replace the fuse.
