SOURCE: Ricoh CL3000 Laser Replace Waste toner
Couple of things to try: - If you just emptied the waste cartridge then you have to take the bottle back out and clean the insides as well. The sensor sees the toner on the walls and still thinks it?s full. FYI as typical the manufacturer recommends replacing the bottle with a brand new one. - If not that then you may have toner covering the optical sensor. Try blowing the area where the waste bottle attaches to the printer with canned air. Let us know if you have any other questions and please don?t forget to rate this post.

This is a fuser problem, possibly a dirty thermistor, but try resetting it first.....
Press yellow key
key in 1,0,7
then press and KEEP HELD DOWN the orange key until the screen alters into service mode. (about 5 seconds)
Then switch off the copier with the main orange on/off switch. Located just below the front cover....

press .....clear modes 1-0-7 and hold clear/stop until the screen changes to service mode then unplug the machine and plug it back in and turn it back on Good luck
SOURCE: Ricoh fuser oil replace message
That is not a good idea. The oil is kept track of by counting pages, not by a sensor that measures the oil level. The oil runs out and the machine can't tell and now you have ruined the fuser. Which cost a lot more than the oil tank.

• Fusing thermistor defective or out of position
• Fusing lamp open
• Fusing thermostat open
• Poor connection of the fusing unit
Inspect all the elements before mentioned, soon presses total clear (Yellow Key) 1 0 7 and Maintain pressed clear stop key (orange key) more tan 3 sec. Enter SP 5-810 (SC code reset),
select execute, select close. Exit SP mode, turn the main power
switch off then on.
If the
problem continuous the problem can be in the Power supply board, can be defective.
