It has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. One among it has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Pull up older posts. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. It will help you to find the document easily....

The keys on the front of the TV are probably in 'lockout' setting. Try holding the MENU key on the front of the TV for about 10-12 seconds to see if they will unlock. Let me know if this does not work.

you can set up any like this
1. turn on what ever you want set up
2. press and hold set up tell light blinks or stays lit
3. push what you are trying to set up t.v. or dvd ect.
4. push power on/off tell it turns off
5. push enter when it turns off

that hapened because your remonte contral has the + button pressed just release the volum + at your remonte and all will be ok
or try to hide your remonte control and get down sound from front panel of your tv
