Wrong memory amount displaying

your phone memory is full so delete som data from phone memory or transfer to it to the memory stick, if its not allowing you to do anything then try *7370#, but it will delete all the data from phone memory and take you phone to factory setting, your messages,phone book,notes all will be deleted but not the data from the memory card it will stay there

The camera may display a FORMAT ERROR if the inserted media is not formatted or if the media was formatted on a computer. This error may also display if the inserted media is not supported by the camera.
Try to remove and re-insert the Memory Stick media several times.
Make sure that the inserted Memory Stick media is compatible with the camera. DSCW310 Camera is compatible with the Memory Stick Pro Duo upto 32 GB.
You may also try formatting the Memory Stick media to resolve the issue. Format the Memory Stick media using the FORMAT option in the camera menu.
Formatting will erase all stored data, images, movies, etc., from the Memory Stick media. FORMAT option is available in the Memory Card Tool Menu of the Camera which is in the Settings Menu. Please back up the data by inserting the Memory Stick in the Computer Memory Card slot.
This may also happen if the terminals on the Memory Stick media are dirty. Remove the Memory Stick media from the camera and use a soft dry cloth or pencil eraser to clean the contacts. Make sure there are no residual particles on the Memory Stick media before re-inserting it into the camera.

   Use only memory stick recomended by the company, which you can buy from any nearest SONY DISPLAY CENTRE or SONY SALES DEALER.
   Normally ppl use comman memory cards which shows working in the camera but when you shift the data from your camera to your pc the snaps show blurry, or bad images.

  Therefore,Dont bother to spend little bit expensiveness but it keeps your precious snaps safe.

There is a reserved amount of unused space that is required for files used to run it.

Think of it this way,A blank disk will show nothing.Add a one word document and write protect the disk,It will show the disk is full,Even though you know it only has one word written to it.
