Question about Kenwood KAC-9103D Car Audio Amplifier
SOURCE: Stuck in protection mode
First disconnect the subwoofer wires from the amp, turn the car off and back on...is the amp on? If so your subs are shorting it out, either from a frayed wire, or blown subs.
If it is still in protection mode, check the fuses in the side of the amp.

How long will the bass play before the amp kicks into protection mode and how loud are you listening to it? I've noticed with my amps that if they don't have enough air flow they will get hot and kick into protection mode. They will also kick into protection mode if you are running it at more than it can handle. Check your adjustments on both your amp and the head unit. Make sure you are not running more bass than the amp can handle.

this is very simple to do just take your face plate off and were you see a red light blinking just get like a bobby pin or something and pit it through the hole and the radio will reset and that should fix your problem
