my Dewalt radio has started tuning FM station at 97.55, 97.65, etc., instead of 97.50, 97.60, etc. Any ideas what combination of button presses will fix it?

Try the AA Batteries, they can lock out the radio.

Can I power a small appliance with my dewalt

This is what dewalt is saying...The Dewalt 12V/20V MAX work-site charger/radio functions as an AM/FM radio and recharges your 12V/20V Dewalt batteries (batteries not included). The 3-stage charger can recharge your batteries in as little as 1 hour, and the radio can run off 12V/20V batteries for cordless operation
  • 2 AC power outlets offer more versatility for jobsite power
  • Auxillary & USB ports allows for connection to CD, MP3, portable satellite receivers, and other digital audio devices.
  • USB port allows device to be charged via USB when radio is plugged into a wall outlet
  • Class D amplifier, woofers and tweeters provide full range of high and low sound for optimum sound quality,( hope this helps)

Radio will not charge a battery but it will run off a fully charged battery

There is a charger module in the radio that may be bad. The module is well over $100, so maybe charging the battery in a seperate charger is the way to go.

Go here:

http://servicenet.dewalt.com/Products/Detail/DC011

Choose the type that you have (Type 1 or 2)

On the parts diagram, the charger module is #43.

Good luck from Detroit, MI.

Battery will charge but radio will not turn on iv changed fusse inside but no joy

There are two fuses, one on the power supply board and another on the battery holder board.

Check to see that power is going through the switch on the volume control.

Check to see that the radio pc board is getting power.

Look here for parts diagrams and user manual:

Hi ya my dewalt radio will not power on but still charges the battery

You are lucky it still charges battery. Your transformer for the radio has a fuse on the winding, this has gone or the transformer has gone.
