Cant get the old blade off

Laser husky tile saw 950i. Is their a switch like a skill saw has on it to stop the blade from turning in order to wrench it off? If so where is the trigger to keep it from spinning? If not what should I do to change the blade? To keep the blade from turning to put a wrench on it?

On the bottom of the black motor housing there is a button. The button is facing the water tray. Push the button in and spin the blade around until the button presses in and the blade will lock up. Now just loosen the nut and remove/replace the saw blade.

My Husky tile saw starts to cut straight and ends up crooked, have tried to adjust tray and still ends up crooked??????

Make sure both sides of blade are wet. Make sure blade is not worn out. Do not feed the tile excessively fast.

Next, and very important is that the blade arbor is at true to the table. If the saw is slanted in the least, the saw will track off course. I am talking VERTICAL slant.

Verify that the arbor bearings are tight and there is no "end shake"

Have an old Black and Decker 7321 Skill Saw. Bought it used. Cant figure out how to change the blade. Help

With the saw UNPLUGGED, check around the base of the motor shaft, there should be some kind of button that you can depress to lock the blade from turning. Then with the appropriate sized wrench, turn the blade locking bolt clockwise (it is a backward thread) to loosen it. Then simply remove the washers, etc carefully and replace them the same way they came off. If there is no locking button, you can use a scrap piece of wood on the saw table and push down on the blade to lock it in place.

Tile Saw

i know blades on tile saws don't have to be super tight, i'm not familar with that kind of saw, i put a wrench on the nut and hold on to the blade with my hand and hit the wrench with a rubber mallet, and of course have the unit unplugged
