Heaset sign is on continouisly

My 9300 nokia headset sign is on continouisly and doing the headset on function with attaching the headset wiht phone.please let me know you know about this problem. thanks

The problem is that when you inserted headphone in mobile , its metal contacts get connected inside then you can see that headset icon appeared on screen but sometimes it stills appeared beacause that metal contacts get connected inside mobile if there is no headset also. so you have to replace that if it get problematic.

Nokia HS-3 is a stereo headset.
Your phone does not support stereo.
So Use mono Headsets like HS-5.
Nokia 9300 is a stereo supported phone and hence works with the headset fine.
