You need a cable that plugs into your phone and with a standard USB connection to your computer. That will connect your phone to the computer, and hopefully your computer will recognize that phone. Second, you need software that will be able to how was your pictures. Most computers already have some sort of picture software. Then follow the prompts, for the download. Or you can drag and drop using Explorer? That is if you have a Windows operating system.
With little information, we can't assist you very well. What kind of phone do you have and what kind of computer do you have?
Depending on what type of phone you have, there are may different ways to transfer things from phone to computer and from computer to phone.
If you have an Android Phone, my favorite app is AirDroid. It lets you connect to your phone over wifi or over the internet through your web browser. It is free and easy to use.
If you have an iPhone, iTunes is fairly easy to use.
If you have an older phone that has bluetooth, you can get a bluetooth usb device to add bluetooth to your pc and send the pictures that way. This is a little more complicated but once you get it setup, it is fairly quick.
For Transferring the pictures from your phone you can do it in two ways
1. If you have bluetooth in your PC then you can transfer with that.
2. Second if you got the pictures on a memory card you can use a card reader to transfer it.
3. Third, if you have no memory card, then install your samsung pc suite software> Connect your phone with the data cable that came along with your phone>Select pc suite option on your phone> then Transfer via pc suite.
4.Fourth, if you have a memory card but the pics are on the phone memory then you can simply mark the pictures and move to memory card then transfer via memory card reader or connect a data cable select Mass storage from the option that comes on your phone screen, then browser through the photos on computer and copy > paste.
Connect your camera to computer using your usb lead.
Go to my computer and you should see the camera (probably disc E )
Double click on E continually until camera files and pictures are shown.
Highlight the pics you require and select move to file (move to my pictures)
This achieves the transfer to your computer
I don't have a Canon, but on some cameras you can move the pics from the internal memory to the card, and on some you can't. Only suggestion I have is to get another usb cable, or read your manual to see if it's possible. Perhaps some other person on this site will know the answer. Good luck.
You dont need anything else actually. When you connect the usb cable and turn on your camera the OS on your computer will find your camera, then it will ask you what you want to do, select to open the folder on your camera, now you will see all the pictures on it, mark and copy the ones you want to move to your computer, go to the folder on your computer that you want to store them and past them in there. Thats all there is to do.
You will need to purchase Motorola Mobile Office Tools to transfer data and pics to/from your Razr. You can send them to your email box but that will incur internet phone charges.
