My husband and I have had our tom tom for about a month now and we loved it, at first. Then one day when I turned my device on it just stayed frozen on the main welcome screen. I'm very frustrated since this was a bit pricey and it's non-working now. We should ALL get replacement tom toms OR a REFUND!!!!!!!!! We pay a hefty price for a "good" product, this is a rip off I would definitly NOT recommend this to anyone. There should be a complaint filed against the company.

My Tom Tom 920 will not stay on the map screen for more than a few seconds.

Its sounds like a problem with the screen then. If it is still under warranty, return it

I need to reprogram my tom-tom one and change who it belongs to as well as the address.

On the map display touch the screen once

Look for the spanner / wrench icon and touch that once.

Kepp using the Right arrow until you see RESET FACTORY SETTINGS

Touch YES.

That should make it as you bought it.

Tom Tom go 910 screen get frozen every time I turn it on

Sounds like your firmware is corrupted. I have fixed a few 910's with this same problem. If you have the Tom Tom Home program installed, try to reinstall the firmware using Tom Tom's website.

Make sure you always select to disconnect the device before unplugging it. You might have unplugged it from the PC while it was still writing data. This will certainly corrupt the firmware.

Your tom tom go 300 may be frozen. If it has a reset button, then try resetting it. If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged and let it die. Then try turning it back on and see if it works then. My tom tom does not turn on the green light is on when device is plugged in

I got the TomTom for my husband and it warked fine for 2 days and now it will not turn on at all.
It was feo our 40thAnniversay. Now it will not work. Please help me. They would not take it back at Wal-mart because of the time limit.
