My guess, as there is very limited information on your TV, is that you are in need of a new bulb. The problem is that it could be the bulb or the ballast that connects the bulb to the TV.

i gt the same problem. i can go through chanels but its the fuzzy screen. yes the cable is hooked up. i think the tv input is out or something

TV may need software upgrade. Go to menu, find instalation, find software upgrade, find. If version is bellow FL2D-r23 (#23) TV needs upgrade.
Get upgrade on the internet onto a USB flash drive. The file may be a ZIP file, if so, unzip to a folder in PC then put the file to the USB drive.
Turn TV on, plug in the USB drive, wait til the upgrade is finished. Unplug USB drive, turn TV off w/remote.
The TV will then turn on by its self and the upgrade is complete.

The TV was turn ON for the first time or the TV reboot/reset.
Universal remotes are not as "universal" as we like them to be. They only control a very, small amount of options for the TV.

Is it under warrentee?
It sounds like the main fuse inside blew. Does the outlet work at all?
If not, reset the circuit breaker or if it is on a power strip, reset the strip trip switch.

The TV is in some kind of protection mode, the blinking LED show you an error code.
Try pressing 062596 and then press menu button (do these in quick motion, don't let them to time out while keying)...see what happens
I also heard that this problem appeared with some people because the of the burnt fuse in the TV. To fix that it has to be taken to the tech shop.
And yes I also heard about this issue many times, seems like this TV set is very popular with this kind of problem.
