I will give you a link with detailed instructions to fix this problem but first you need to be sure you have a Windows 7 or Windows Vista (whichever version you're currently running) recovery or installation CD or DVD and a working CD/DVD drive. Well, to narrow down the problem, let's try making sure your graphics drivers are current to what the manufacturer recommends. You can find the support page for your model here:

Just click "Drivers" next to where "Manuals" is currently selected. You can also try updating your Chipset driver as well, just to be thorough. If you are running Windows 7, be sure to pick the Windows 7 version of the drivers. Download them and run the self-extracting utility and then setup.exe.

good day, probably you have to update for a new driver to work whit windows 7.

u got to unscrew the scanner a bit and arange the adf left or right depending your line position. the adf is not positioned perfect on the machine , and at the end it scan the adf back , thath is the line come from on your scanned document

My firts thought would be to make sure I have the updated driver from my printer and operating system.

If you are running Windows you can make use of an automatic on-line driver check program to verify you have the most current drivers:

If I do not have the most current driver for my sysytem I would uninstall my current driver, and download and install the most current driver from:

This should resolve compatability issues. I think then you could deal with any individual error messages that might occur. Ther e are several liks that may help on the above page.

Internet Explorer for Windows

8. Close and open Internet Explorer. You should see your new home page.
Firefox for any operating system Changing your home page in Firefox is easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Browse normally to the web page

you want as your home page.

2. Pull down the "Tools" menu of Firefox.

3. Select "Options."

4. Click on the "General" tab, if it is not the first to appear.

5. You'll see the "Home Page" box at the top.

6. Click the "Use Current Page" button in that box.

Safari for MacOS X

Changing your home page in Safari isn't tough either:

1. Browse normally to the web page you want as your home page.

2. Pull down the "Safari" menu.

5. Note the "Home page:" field and the "Set to Current Page" button beneath it.

6. Click "Set to Current Page."

7. Click the red "close" button in the upper left corner of the preferences dialog.

8. Close and open Safari. You should see your new home page.

Opera

Opera changes the home page in pretty much the same way as the rest:

1. Browse normally to the web page you want as your home page.

2. Pull down the "Tools" menu.

3. Select "Preferences..."

4. The "Preferences" dialog box appears. Click on the "General" tab.

5. Note the "Home page" field and the "Use Current" button to the right of it.

6. Click "Use Current."

7. Click "OK."

According to Microsoft, YES IT WILL. Pinnacle Studio 12 appears to be completely compatible with Win7. Below is the link to the Microsoft page.

I have to add that I've never tried to run Pinnacle Studio 12 on Win7.

Bring up the browser window and let it load to whatever page it is set for. Once it loads, click up in the address bar and type in www.Yahoo.com and click enter. When the Yahoo screen loads, click on the "Tools" column and scroll down to "Internet Options". In this window the first area you see is the homepage tab. Click on "Use Current", this will make the current page your home page, which is Yahoo. Click apply and OK.
