I have never used the turntable on this 4-in 1 Entertainment center. Today I tried by following the directions. I moved the arm to the right and heard the click but the turntable did not spin. I could hear a noise but that was all. The noise stopped when I moved the needle arm to the left. I also triend manually spinning it to see if it would start with no results.

Some internal component is obviously stuck or malfunctioning, You can open it up and check the movable components, if under warranty, I would call the company first. Otherwise if you are like me, you would open it up and start trying to figure out what isn't working, maybe a gear is having problems, I'm sorry but without looking at it myself I don't know for sure since the arm does move, which means the motor can't be bad, maybe the alignment is off for the gears. My advice is call Crosley first and see if this is a known problem to occur and check about the warranty.

Activate the turn table by moving the arm slightly to the right until you hear a click.

The solution is to replace the AC Power transformer. I have the same problem with my Crosley 4in1 machine. I trouble shooted it and got it to start working when I replaced the AC Power Transformer. The problem still is that It needs to be replaced with the correct 'Power Rated' Transformer.

Wild guess but try this with the power off. Rotate the platter clockwise about 5-10 turns. You may feel internal mechanical engagement as you do it. The cueing mechanism may cycle it through its motion and return it to the rest.
The problem is in the motor of the turntable, the regulator is not putting out the correct voltage to the motor, and the circuit is often built into the motor making it impossible to service. The only option is motor replacement.
