Question about Windsor SR12 Sensor Bagged Upright Vacuum
I put a new bag on and its only lasting about 3 vacumnings before the machine is automatically shutting off and flashing "Bag Full". The bag is only maybe 1/3 full.
Are you vacuuming up fine particals like pet dander or just large amounts of regular dust? Also when was the last time you replaced your filters?
Just some sugestions.

Underneath the machine is an inspection door to check for blockages. To open the door, press down the catch on the door.
Blockages in the neck can be checked by first lifting off the dust bag housing.

Seems the newer Windsor Sensor units have a bit of a problem with this. If a new bag doesn't work, the problem may be in the bypass valve switch. I have a few of these units and have had the bag light come on even with a new bag. You need to dismantle the whole unit to get to this switch (valve) though so don't try it unless you are confident that you can get it back together correctly. Windsor part # 2835 (bypass valve).

This is a common problem. I work for a school district. I solve this problem by removing the by-pass valve, dismantling it (10 parts), cleaning up the parts, reassemble. Dust collects on the metal terminals and provides electrical resistance causing a malfunction of the by-pass valve. I can do this procedure in about 20 minutes from opening chassis to closing chassis. You can try adjusting the by-pass valve with a small flat blade screw driver without removing the unit, but that is hit and miss. NOTE, there is a black foam filter that gets clogged with dust at the swivel neck. This part is NOT in the manual. Extend the bag housing down to the floor or remove it completely and look to the right of the swivel neck. There is a black plastic grate and the foam filter is behind it. This is an air inlet so dust will collect there and dust will eventually get sucked inside chassis covering the power supply and getting into the by-pass valve. Regular cleaning from the outside by the user will help decrease the amount of dust entering chassis. Hope this helps.

Just had this problem today. Since the bag wasn't full when I took it off and the light came on with the new bag, I knew it had to be a clog. Opened the little orange door on the bottom of the machine (just behind the brush) to check for a clog there. Checked the filter, still very clean. Took the hose off and blew it out with an air hose and voila - a little plastic toy and a few big dust balls came out. Works like a champ now.
