You have the three rings of death. im surprised you dont know what this is. common to all microsoft xbox users.its a hardrive failure which happens after overheating and long gameplay and etc. 3 out of the 4 rings light up and blink. the only solution to this is to send it in to microsoft and theyll fix it for you. free if you have warranty but if u dnt then idk. keep on pressing the power button because in some cases after a while it comes green.

Xbox 360 3 flashing red lights

Well if they're flashing the hard drive is over heating and you need to get either a new hard drive or a new Xbox.

My xbox 360 controller dosent work!I have a black controller and a white one,the white one dosent trun on it just flashes like a freaking comilean!

There's a little button on the front of your 360 and the same button is on the front of the controller. You hit the button on the 360 and the green lights around the power button start to circle. Then you hit it on your controller and the green lights around thexbox guide button start to circle. In a second or two they'll find each other and both will flash at the same time, and it's synced up. I think there's a little symbol of air waves next to the button.

Try this it should fix your problem

When i turn my xbox 360 on it starts running hard then the controller lights on the device start flashing red.

Four lights around the power button flash red on your Xbox 360 console. Four flashing lights indicates that the console does not detect an audio/video (AV) cable.
Note Four flashing red lights will not appear on consoles that have both an AV port and an HDMI port.

We have three red flashing lights on the on/off button when we turn the xbox on. The Xbox will not load.

3 red lights is the most common error it is caused by the GPU and the CPU overheating and to fix it you need to either get a good xbox 360 Repair guide or send it in.

My xbox 360 loads in but when i put in a game it dosent load in the game

You could temporarily upload all your games to your xbox360 hard drive using your pc to play or buy a new disc drive but you would have to flash the firmware or manually swap the bottom internal boards inside of the new disc drive with the old one.

Xbox 360

Unfortunately this is a very touchy situation. There is one home method for curing this problem.

1). Wrap your Xbox 360 Console COMPLETELY with a towel, so you can only see the power button, and the three flashing red lights.

2). Power on your console.

3). Leave for 30-45 minutes.

4). Power off the console.

5). Unwrap the towel from the console.

6). Power on.

After that you are unfortunately forced to call the dreaded Microsoft Customer Support Line

1-800-4-MY-XBOX
1-800-469-9269

And ask to create a repair order, they will send you a Purolator (or FedEx) shipping box. You have to send your console to them, they will repair it and have it to you within (2-3 business weeks).
