Question about Grandstream Handytone 496 Dual FXS Adapter SIP VoIP A (HTATA496)
I was using a Grandstream 101 voip phone when accidentally using a power supply having 9 volts DC. Its power is actually 5 volts. The internal program of the phone is working ok and could reset itself. The problem now, it could not anymore link with the D-LINK router which is connected to the internet. Upon examination of its board the maximum voltage of the capacitors were 16volts. There was no burn parts observed. What do you think is the problem. Other Grandstream model used with this router has no problem at all. Lixberto
