Reset the TV by pressing "Action" and "Power" together on the TV itself (not the remote) for at least 5 seconds or until the unit turns off.

My tv volume is locked how i can release panasonic Tc 2101

Try to reset the TV to factory defaults:

1. Get the original Panasonic TV remote control.
2. Press and HOLD the volume-down button on the TV itself (not on the remote)
3. While you're holding the VOL- button on the TV, point the remote to the TV and press OK

This should do a soft-reset (most of your setting will stay).

If this doesn't work, try a full reset: Repeat the above steps; however, press the MENU button on the remote, while holding the VOL- button on the TV.

Note: When you do the full reset, the TV will lose all it's settings and customization that you did. It will go back to its out-of-the-box state.

Panasonic in lock mode and unable to unlock picture

Panasonic sets need to be reset to clear the v-chip settings. To do this, put it in standby mode, then press the POWER and ACTION buttons at the same time and then turn the power off. The set should reset to the factory defaults, and reset the v-chip. If you can't succeed, you must enter its service mode menu to make an unlock. Visit the site named 'Electro-help'. Click this link. Do a search by entering the brand name to your device by its search box at top right of the display window, because, posts are not arranged in alphabetical order, but by brand name at first.

Forgot v-chip code

Sharp has several locking and V-chip commands but one of these three possibilities should work.
Newer Combos With "Time Limiter" Feature
If the "Secret Number" is forgotten, simultaneously press the STOP, RESET, and VOL up buttons on the front panel of the set.
This disables both the "Channel Lock" and the "Time Limiter" features.

CTV's Lock Mode---Blue screen and display says,Parental Control Rating Unknown
Try This: Hold Channel up and down on the set while pluging in AC cord.
Or Try This: On the set, press volume up and channel down at the same time.

CTV's V-Chip Release
When screen asks you to "input secret number" press and hold channel up and down on the TV set until message disappears. Press menu 2 times to exit.
Hope this helps!
