Back light for 10 year old LCD screed may have overheated the solder joints. A capable electronics tech can reflow solder joints, if you can get the message center out. Replacement would be costly.

I guess you have a problem with the lcd screen, but before taking it to the technician try to switch it of and on again.

All flow screeds will need repairing sooner or later, it is another failed product to try and speed up building, traditional floor screed is a much better way of doing it. It's seems your control buttons panel are busted. If you can access LCD control panel, reset to defaut setting. That might solve the problems... If not, you need a new Board.

it sounds like you possibly have loss of vertical deflection it could be a ic or bad solder connections from your description and you may want to enlist your local servicer to help with this

I had refilled the catrige, then when I start to print a 'service error' window will appear. At the LCD screed shows E.. 4 ..2. I believe the printer simply assume the catridge is depleted, but how can it happened as I already just refilled it.
How to make printer detected the catridge as a full? I really hope you can solve and make my refilling mission succesful and my printer work again.

Does it do that in safe mode too?
