Go to nearest computer store, ask them if they can give you the address of Logitech service center in your area.If one store does not help, go to 2 -3 more.
Another option , try searching in google maps for logitech service center in you area, this might sound stupid but works in some cases.

I bought product on ebay .did not take delivery because it was not what I expected. How do I get my money back or how do I contact seller?

Seller should be listed in your account if you look under purchased items...then find the item in question.

Personally I would be calling eBay support directly, and advise them and also see what course of action you should take.

Contact ebay by telephone

Ebay customer service number is 866-540-3229. However, they have no control over when a seller ships an item. You need to contact the seller directly.

Crackling

So if you bought enclosures that are premade AND had the speakers installed, you need to see if there is a cross over network installed in them

Double check all of your connections and make sure everything is properly connected in the back of the sub woofer. Next, make sure that your audio jacks are plugged into the correct audio ports on *********** board, this is very import to make sure that sound is coming out and going to the proper channels. If the front speakers still do not work, recheck your audio settings on the motherboard. If all is folly and they still don't work, i would still recommend the same speaker set, as for the price they are amazing quality. But I will include a few other options within your price range.

Have you tried adjusting the matrix settings on the speakers. Try pressing the matrix button on the control box and see if that resolves the issue for you.

Repair or replace?

If the rip or split extends from the voice coil out to the edge, the speaker may be too far gone to replace. I have repaired expensive speaker cones with epoxy cement, provided the tear is fairly small or narrow. No noticeable degradation of performance either.

Logitech X-540 connecting to dell dimension 3000 ???

Your problem is you have a 3 channel sound card on your dell and you bought 5 channel speaker system. You can plug the green to green and get 2.1 sound but you will have to by a 5.1 pci sound like in the link below to get the full use of your 5.1 system.

Fuzzy & crackly

its the problem with the ac adapter which you are using might be your adapter is not working properly the adapter consists of step down transformer which is not very much durable some times so change the adapter and see if u dont have any adapter to connect just the direct wire to the supply then the adapter will be inside of woofer or the speakers change that adapter check this it works

Proper set up

Try to google the brand name and get the user's manual. Usually the extra cords plug into one of the other speakers and then one to the computer. Sound card could be an issue but I doubt it.
