Someone gave me a CASIO EXILIM EX-S600. I have the camera, charger and all other items needed EXCEPT there is no software. Does anyone know how I can purchase just the software? I cannot get the USB device to work to load the pictures on my computer without having the software.
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, BUT I LOST THE cd. when i went to the web site recommended, it asked to input product(serial) no. when i entered mine it gave an error message saying "Product No. is Empty, or Malformed"
what can i do?

Hi there, Base on User's Guide of Casio Exilim EX-S600 Digital Camera, Flashing red light when charging the battery is mean "charge error" (see the picture) to overcome some problems that may occur, please refer to the User's Guide of Casio Exilim EX-S600 Digital Camera which can be read here: http://support.casio.com/pdf/001/EXS600_e.pdf
I had the same problem and I left it on the charger over night and in the morning I turned it on and the lens extended smoothly with no noise and is now focusing
If the charge light doesn't come on at all that is normally a charger error and we would have you send the charger in to be checked. Call repairs at 800-706-2534 option 2 and they can tell you
where to send it.
The NP20 battery that your camera requires is not taking a charge because of a "charge error". Please contact tech support and give them your address and they will replace the battery free of cost for you.
There is obviously a connection problem between the camera and the dock.
Is it possible to recharge via a normal charger.
I don't think you will get a repair- unless it is a young camera with some warranty left
