When I send out faxes, the person receiving them cannot read them as the page has been shrunk to about 50 percent. I sent a contract out and it could not be read. The incoming faxes are fine. I have gone through the functions according to the manual. This problem just started, it used to work fine. I probably changed something but not sure what I did.
Is there a ux 104 model

You have a problem in your Scanner Unit.Try to change New Paper Separator so that when you send out it will not be shrunk again.

I was telling a friend about the problem with my fax machine. She suggested unpluging everthing and letting it go back to default. I did, then I sent a fax out, it was fine. This did not slove my problem but it fixed it for me.
my ux-104 will not copy or pint
I have a similar problem. Incoming faxes are fine but outgoing faxes are
barely legible. Do I need a new fax machine or is there a way to fix this problem. I've had this fax machine for a long time.
