Check your laptop DC jack loose connection or not. Your AC Adapter is giving accurate voltage or not mostly all laptop works with 19 volt.
Remove battery and unplug AC adapter. Press and hold power bottom for 30 sec. Now plug the AC adapter and placed the laptop battery and Turn on.

If still not working need professional repair. You can be, but have to go throw with many things.

SOURCE: Packard Bell laptop switch off instead of hibernate

This is done via Windows Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> "Power options" -> "Choose what closing the lid does" and select 'Hibernate' instead of 'shut down' for both 'On battery' and 'Plug-in' power.
Let me know how you go!

Cannot switch on wireless connection Packard bell laptop does not have switch

Wireless problems with a Packard Bell PC or laptop can be caused by a variety of issues.

The best troubleshooting resources are the documentation that came supplied with the computer, and the Support section of the Packard Bell website.

Unable To Detect Wireless Network

If the Packard Bell machine is unable to detect a wireless network, the computer itself or the network could be at fault.

Check that a wireless signal is being broadcast via another PC or device, and check that are wireless adapter is installed, complete with the latest drivers, which are available at the Packard Bell website.

Unreliable Wireless Network

If the wireless connection is unreliable, intermittent or very slow, it suggests a problem with the Wi-Fi broadcast.

Try positioning the computer closer to the router broadcasting the wireless signal, or use a signal booster to improve the range.

Download and install the latest driver updates from the Packard Bell website and through the Windows Update tool.

Unable To Connect To Wireless Network

If the computer can detect the network but is unable to connect to it, a network security key may be required. This should have been configured by the person who set up the network. Consult the documentation that came with your router for details of how to change it or generate a new key.

Hope this helps

PACKARD BELL iXtreme I5622UK DVD Driver problems

You need to UNINSTALL the drivers and not delete them if you had done so on the PC. If this wont help it is possible that the OS must be reinstalled after formatting of the drive and thereby the drivers can be installed.

Packard bell easy note tj65 will not power up

the short cable running from the power button to the main board has probably snapped where it passes over the RH hinge. remove the screen surround to gain access to the power on switch area and check. it would seem to be a common fault with the packard bell

Try installing Linux to make sure that the hardware is working properly. Is it possible that they are switched off in bios, thereby preventing Windoze from finding them ?
