Our Samsung SCX 4725FN printer appears to be pulling in two sheets at a time, which then concertina and jam the printer. Happens everytime something is sent to print. The printer also appears to be getting hotter than usual.
We are using standard A4 80gsm office paper - the same as we have been using since buying the printer, and this is the first time we have had such a problem.

There is one pad under the feed roller clean that or change that
and there is stand behind that pad u can straj that stand it can solve ur poblem

did you solve this? i have the same problems, and is not with paper, the pickup roller is working weird.
Try fanning the paper. In conditions of low humidity, the paper will tend to stick together. Also make sure the feed roller is clean. Use a cloth with some alcohol on it and clean the surface of the feed roller.
