Hello,
I have a few recommendations of sites to try:
http://www.ebay.com/
http://www.google.com/products
http://www.newegg.com/
(Shop around and you will find them cheap on these sites!)
If you can tell me the specific part(s) you need I could see if I could find them cheap for you.
Hope this helps!
Kenny

Click on Start and type Device and open Device manager form the results. Check in device manager for any device with no drivers. the webcam is listed under Imaging devices. If you dont see a webcam there and there are no devices detected with errors or without drivers then it is a hardware issue. Either the webcam cable is loose or not conencted. If you see the webcam under imaging devices then you need to install the Dell webcam central given to you on a Cd or downloadable from www.support.dell.com.

You could try this link to Dell's driver restore tool: http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&releaseid=R92578&SystemID=PLX_GX280&servicetag=&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=9309&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=1&catid=-1&impid=-1&formatcnt=1&libid=25&fileid=120687
Just cut and paste the above link into your browser's address bar if it doesn't take you there when you click it.
Otherwise you could just try the dell Webcam utility at this link: http://ftp.us.dell.com/app/R168730.EXE
Either of these solutions will take care of you. The idiot who suggested that you format and reload the OS from scratch obviously doesn't have a need for the 4 plus hours of time that this will take.
Quick Question? Do have your Dell Resource Disk? If so, your answere will be on that disk.
