L have a motorolla V360 it stopped charging giving me a message-unable to charge-please help me solve this problem

This should be easy, go into settings, press initial setup, then master reset and enter you lock code.

First take the battery out for a second. then put it back in and put the charger in the hole on the phone. Hold the start button and it should say phone charging. Glad I could Help!

Motorola phones won't always charge with non-Motorola chargers, or via USB connections.

Does it do this with a Moto charger or a generic one?

You charging Port need to be service or replaced, so take the phone to a mobile service center to have it fix.

Go to a skilled mechanic, request him to check the charger, the charging connector, the charging controller IC to solve the problem.

probably the charger port is broken or there is some software problem. you can not charge a phone with a USB2.0 cable if its completely flat.

check that you are using the right kind of charger made for that phone. i noticed that my windows 98 doesnt charge my phone, but my freinds windows xp does. i suggest going to an electronics or cell phone retail store and trying a new wall charger on it.
