When I try to connect the phone to the PC through the data cord, it sometimes reads the phone, then drops the connection, then gets it back. After last time it messed up my display where the right side of the screen was undiscoverable by the stylus. I was able at that point to open the setup and get the display re-configured with the recalibration steps. This time, after I was trying to sync, it dropped my phone connection, I couldn't get it back, and now I can not get the phone to accept the stylus on the display at all. It doesn't even click on anything. I can only get the tracker/pointer (between the on/off buttons) to move the cursor and I can't get into my functions. I have tried taking out the battery, sim card and memory card for 1 minute, then restarting, but still the display is locked. What do I do. I need my phone!!!
The Ming is a very new product, and is not yet released in the USA. My suggestion is to contact Motorola directly. They are very good about warranty and will most likely overnight you a replacement. Best regards, torgo
