I have a yellow triangle with ! in it by each one in Control Panel. Tried everything I can find nad then some, except wiping everything out and starting over which I don't want to do. I have been told it is a Microsoft problem not a driver. Please help I need my dvd drives. One is a Philips DVD RW 8801 the other is a TSST DVD-ROM TS-H352C.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
Yellow triangle means that the driver is missing or is not working properly.
By
uninstalling the drive and cycling the power on and off and
reinstalling the drive the hardware wizard should recognize it as
"found new hardware" and look for an appropriate driver/s for it.
Conract me at my email so i give u support with remote desktop so i take control of your computer from here
