The best thing to do is to buy a phone from a site like ebay (those phones that are advertised to be used for reapir components) and replace it. It would probably more expensive thant the phone itself if you take it to a repair phone store. Good luck
If the picture is distorted it probably needs reapir. I recommend doing a little research to find a reputable reapir shop. You can ask where you bought it or where they sell TV's. If you get two answers the same it might be worth talking to them for pricing.
i have replaced my one on my d600. its easy if you are careful
1st - the screen surround actually does pop off - you will probably scratch it a bit
gently lever it outwards it will then pop off all the way round
2nd gently lever off the screen
3rd replace with a new screen (i got mine off an amazon site for a couple of quid)
you will need to put a slither of double sided tape all around the edge if it doesnt already come with
lastly put some new double sided tape around the surround and snap back on
the only thing is if you dont put tape all around you will find dust creeps in and you just need to re do ocassionally
