TH-22AT WITH LOW VOICE

MY TH-22AT HAVE SENT VERY NOISE VOICE, I TRY TO REMOVE MIC CONDENSOR BUT NOT PROBLEM SOLVE

REPLACE THE PTT SWITCH, AND ADJUST THE MODULATION TRIMMER.

Drill a hole in the front panel. The mic is behind the front panel. Be careful.

I get the signal but listening very low Listening low noise and the voice is very low

This radio has a mic check. Turn on radio with out mic plugged in when you plug it in the volume should increase.

Possible causes.
  1. Solder or wire in mic cord broken.
  2. Bad switch in mic .....Astatic mics are bad for this

Go on mic. configuration and select on microphone use from configuration mic. name and test the mic. On test mic not works mic,is posible to need a driver for mic and need download and install the driver.

Not really the mic's fault - just incompatible.
Your Samson mic is a "dynamic" type and the laptop is expecting a "condensor" type.
You could put the mic through a preamp first but easier to exchange for a more suitable type.

I have a Kenwood TH-22AT, 2 meter handheld. I decreased the squelch manually from a 5 down to a 1 to find some weaker stations. In order to put it back where it was, I need a frequency that is not busy....

You apparently have combined my radio problem with someone else's problem with a humidity device or something. My problem with the radio was solved very nicely, and I have the receipt for the payment.
