I am now on my 5th Harmony remote with no luck so far as to one that works. The screen is blank on this one (it is backlit, but no words/graphics. Any recommendations?
I have the same problem but the firmware upgrade didn't help. Niether did the process the logitech support staff walked me through which consisted of popping the battery and holding the "off" button and entering a code.
It's a brick. The tech said they have to send it elswhere to unbrick it. I dont want to pay for this, had it for well over a year so no warranty.
Anyone know how to unbrick it? There are contacts under the sticker in the battery compartment. I'm wondering if jumping a pair would help. If so. what pair? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe not exactly as described ... my screen is bright and the lettering is dark. It happened over night, not docked in the charge. span.jajahWrapper { font-size:1em; color:#B11196; text-decoration:underline; } a.jajahLink { color:#000000; text-decoration:none; } span.jajahInLink:hover { background-color:#B11196; }Maybe not exactly as described ... my screen is bright and the lettering is dark. You don't give a model number for the Dynex, but if it is a DX-L19-10, the Harmony 880 will control it. For further queries on controllable TVs and other devices, go here

Note that Logitech no longer offers login to the old Harmony website. You will now need to download Harmony software to your PC or an app to your tablet or smartphone etc., and program the Harmony 880 via that.

It all depends on what your specific problem is. Logitech will not repair remotes once they are out of warranty. However, you can find lots of guidance on the web to assist you with the most common issues that affect the Harmony 880/890 series. If your remote is programmed correctly but no longer controls any of your devices, then most likely your LED IR emitters have burned out. There is an Ebay-hosted service that fixes this problem for $14.00. You can find it here: http://cgi.ebay.com/We-can-Repair-your-Harmony-880-Remote_W0QQitemZ200437939363QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item2eab083ca3
