Yellow? I bought my TruTech PVS2119 19 inch tv/dvd back in Sept 2006. I turned it on the other day and noticed that the color is off. It didn't have the best resolution to start with but now everything seems to be mixed with yellow. White backgrounds are yellow, blue are green, etc. I've tried adjusting by nothing seems to be working. Hoping for a fix before I just junk it.

I have the same problem as "Yellow" But can't find a repair shop Please let us know who works on Trutech TVs. TVs to expensive to just throw away,

Trutech is the store brand for Target stores, so many different companies make their products. This website isn't the official site for ALL Trutech products, just some of them, like this 19" LCD TV/DVD combo.

Make sure tv input is set for the slot you plugged the DVD
into.On the tv remote you will find inputs.Just change for the right one.

How do I connect DVD to TV please

on rear of tv you will have video and audio input jacks red and white are audio yellow is video , make sure they are input jacks the jack will be labled and and on back of dvd player will be red white and yellow jacks that are labled output using the cables supplied with the dvd use the red and white insert them on dvd out corresponding colors and the yellow into the video out, now on the tv take the other end of the cables and insert them into the audio and video inputs again with the corresponding colors audio red and white and video yellow ,,,I hope this helped

Just connect the set of 3 round colored connectors on the back of the tv (Red, White and Yellow) with the same colored connectors from the back of the player - use a same colored 3-wire cable.

Pioneer Elite Plasma TV 2-yrs old loses color randomly.

Would need model number to search properly. On some sets a capacitor "C2601" of Y-Drive assembly contacts the audio bracket and it is damaged, can cause a abnormal picture.

Trutech tv/dvd combo problem

hey, unfortuntly i don't think the problem is with your dvd player but with your tv. I just searched the net because i'm on my second trutech tv that lost color. No matter where i plug it into, either the front or back composite connections i still have no color. I've tried multiple dvd players and even bought a converter so i could plug a dvd player into the coax connection. still a no go. horrible product

If your TV is an LCD (flat/thin panel), then it's 19", not 20". Support for that TV is at http://www.1800customersupport.com/trutech. But, if you have a Trutech tube TV, then it won't be listed on that website, and they won't be able to help you. In that case, call Target Customer Service (1.800.440.0680), and they should be able to put you in touch with the manufacturer, who can sell you a new remote control.
