Sir, my name nijesh mohan, my register number lose under Category No 467/2010, barcodeno S1133034 & date of birth 25/05/1980, i want to get my register no to view results pls help to view my reg no:

Pin Unlocking Code or PUK is provided by your network provider (in your case it is BSNL I think), call customer care from any other same network sim and ask for PUK. He will ask you the number behind your sim and your Identification before telling you PUK.

YOur number is of BSNl connection with details BSNL CellOne > Andhra Pradesh GSM
Please contact BSNL people and they will tell you your PUK number after taht you have to put that PUK number through your cell phone to open your locked sim card
If having problem, askl from BSNL staff , they will guide you regarding that Otherwise contact us
