Bottom of projection tube is another color

In the top right hand and bottom left hand corner of the screen the color seems to be distorted. It is most noticable with blues. The color seems to turn a yellowish brown color. Is the projection tube going? If so estimated cost? Is it worth fixing or should I purchase another TV.
