Please help. When I turn on the camera, the slideshow starts and continues non stop. I have tried to stop it from the MENU setting, but it continues to cycle. I can get the show to pause, but I can't stop it. HELP...

When you say that the camera keeps scrolling when you view a picture do mean it scrolls to the next picture ? If so, you probably have it set to Slideshow which will automatically scroll to the next picture. Go to the main menu and look for Slideshow, if it is on turn it off.
plug in your usb device. Now go to photo on your main menu in the ps3, find usb device and hit X, it's going to say digital camera images, now hit the triangle for options, slideshow comes up with start next to it, hit X, then choose what type of slideshow you want(ex: normal, slide, portrait, ect.) hit X and there you go.
Put all the pictures you want in the slideshow into one folder.
To create a new folder just RIGHT MOUSE CLICK on an empty spot on your desktop, scroll down to the word NEW, then over to the word FOLDER and click on that.
The new folder will appear on your desktop and then you just name it whatever you want.
You can either drag your photos into that folder with the mouse or COPY and PASTE them there.
Now double click on the folder to open it up.
On the left hand side of the page under expand the PICTURE TASKS menu.
In there you will see an option to VIEW AS SLIDESHOW.
Click on that and your slideshow screen will appear and the slideshow will start playing.
The PLAY (start slideshow) button will be in the upper right hand corner.
The PAUSE, NEXT PICTURE, PREVIOUS PICTURE and the CLOSE SLIDESHOW SCREEN buttons will be up there too.
Good luck and please comment back and rate if this was helpful or if you need further assistance.
I read in another Toshiba forum where some users were putting a small piece of electriacal (black) tape over the flash sensor, and their indoor photos with flash turned out spectacular, since it allows the camera to apply more light . Actually fools the camera but it works. You might want to experiment with it..
