Froze apple touch ipod

try and take the battrey out and turn it on and delete a few more things its probaly because of too much memory.

Reset the thing by pressing down the button at the bottom of the screen and pressing on the top power button at the same time until the Apple logo appears. Also, try re-charging the iPod fully and then try the reset. Nothing? Try opening up itunes, plug the ipod in to the USB port and your ipod and then press on the bottom button and top power button until the Apple logo appears. Still nothing? Well your fu.k.d and should go to Apple and have them replace the unit under warranty.

You will need to do a 'Hard reset' ! Apples manufacturer site does have some guidelines on this but this is how the the procedure goes for the ipod touch:

- While plugged into ITunes, Hold down the power and home keys down for 10+ seconds. - - Screen will go black
- Release the power button but keep holding the home key until itunes says 'We have detected an itouch in recovery mode'
- Restore as normal via iTunes

Try to restore the general settings of the ipod by going to General Settings>Reset>Reset All Settings. On The iPod. If This Doesnt Work I Would Take It Back To The Apple Store And Consult One Of The Technicians

I pod which you is Apple's I think . its only that you are not plugged it proper or you need to install the software of I pod. this is because your computer did not support. please install your I pod software. ok

if your ipod froze, just hold down the middle button for one second.. still holding it, press and hold the menubutton for 6 to 10 seconds. then the screen should turn black and after a few seconds a white apple should appear and the i-pod will restart and go back to normal.

im having the same god dam problems! this is really stressing me out!! im soo god dam **** at apple for selling a piece **** like this for a high *** price then sell a ipod touch 3g for a cheaper price!!

heyy....simply uninstall ur itunes and then again download the same version of itunes frm apple.com.....if the next time u connect ur ipod with ur new itunes and in case iff the songs get erased...(in case u have kept syncronizing automatic)...the simple download a software called RECUVA frm RECUVA.COM....WHEREIN ALL UR ERASED SONGS CAN BE OBTAINED BACK.......enjoy.............cheers!!!!!!!!!!

download the apple ipod shuffle reset utility from the apple web site...it will flash your ipod and fix the problem
