Kenmore Model 110.23832100 spin cycle works intermittently

Spin cycle has been only working intermittently. Started out not spinning completely - clothes were still wet, but it was working. Lately, I've been able to get it working by hand-rotating the drum or trying the spin cycle in differnt wash settings. Last couple of days, not working at all. Any suggestions?

This appears the timer is at fault. But check the motor controller too.
