Do you have installed other printers on your computer. You have to check for which printer you want to have as first choice or default.

Can't Upload Pictures

Try putting the memory card in a USB card reader attached to your computer, which should see it as another drive. Write-protect the card first.

When I scan a file to pdf and save it.....I can't get it to upload

Make sure the Lexmark OCR scan software is installed on your computer. The scan software can be downloaded using only the installation disc that came with your Lexmark printer. Just insert the disc into your computer hard drive and execute the file. If you lost the disc, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for assistance.

Any "firmware update" is performed by downloading the firmware to a computer (usually running Microsoft Windows) from the Internet, and then using software on the computer to "upload" the firmware to the printer. So, can you borrow a laptop computer running Windows, and connect it to your network, to be able to do the download/upload ?

How do you upload videos to your computer

you need to install your camera's software into your computer. Also, you need to have a usb cable interface for your camera to connect to your computer.

Once the software is already installed, connect the USB cable to your camera and then connect the bigger end to the computer's USB. Now the camera's software will open and automatically upload the files in it's memory card.

Don't understand how to upload

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa or EasyShare.
