Our television suddenly lost its colour alignment

Sounds TV got problem of convergence IC failure and you need to replace two ICs in convergence section.
If you are familiar with TV repair and have soldering tools then can fix it by yourself or ask help to local TV tech.

Blurry screen double vision picture
The convergence circuit has failed. It is not a easy fix due to the tear down needed to get to the circuit area. I would call Mitsubishi at 18003322119 to get a Authorized Service Facility to check it out and give you a estimate of repair cost.

Its failure of convergence ICs and will be replaced.
Convergence ICs are mounted on silver heat-sink on D board of TV

Phillips 60" projection TV Double vision
This is a convergence problem and is either bad connections at the convergence ICs or defective ICs. If you can solder, you can repair this yourself. Let me know if you wish to repair this and I can provide you with additional details.

Could be a problem with the convergence IC's or a resistor(s) / capacitor(s) around the IC's.
