Motorola v3 My v3 has stopped working. The keypad lights up but the screen does not turn on. Sometimes the keypad turns on and off all the time. What is wrong?

Look take the battery out and let it sit over night and then u put the battery back in the phone and then put it on the charger when it finish charging cut it on it should work

Screen wont come on

99% of the time you cant fix the screen and have replace them as no diffrent when you get the phone wet. If you have insurance or warranty it will cover it although dont tell them you drop it.

choke it 24 with alcohol then put it under light bulb 1 minute then leave it for one day then try reconnect it , make you remove the board and the lcd screen

Motorola V3 keypad will not light

It also may be due to Blue Tooth IC- if this IC get out of order than it will create Dramatic problems in phone. First check out a format to your phone and re-install it (FLASH), but I hope that doing this U will solve your problem

You can try the following: Trying pressing the * + # + Power at the same time - if it works the screen will show some letters and numbers - then you can try the following: 1) Flash the unit; 2) You or someone should check the flex cable which attaches the LCD to the main RF board; 3) Display and flex need to be changed (Expensive)

Motorola Razr - Keypad Doesn't Work

My phone developed the same trouble............ Removed battery and SIM and blew dry air into anyhole I could find, put it back together and has worked ever since.

Sounds like your phone's been through some rough treatment - try taking the battery & sim card off for a while - make sure there's no moisture & if you're still having problems, stop by your dealership shop & see what they can do.
