Converge problem top left corner and bottom center. the crosses in the top left corner are way off and the bottom center are not far off. this is causeing my red and blue lines to be wavey like looking at a 3-d screen in these areas but when trying to converge the crosses they dont respond

Sounds like convergence issue--replace Stk IC's mounted

on large heat sinks. Check power supply for open fuse device.

Re-check convergence alignment.

Unfortunately you will have to replace the convergence board in this unit. it has failed. this particular board regulates the alignment procedure that you are having issues with. replacing this board will fix this issue.

You have a componet out of tolerance in the green drive circuits, resistor or capacitor. If you have the service manual you should be able to take some raedings off the test points for the circuit and be able to track it down. I am enclosing a link where you can purchase the service manual for that set for 10.99. WS-55809 - Video pinched in center, distorted, yellow/blue/red glow

This doesn't sound like a programming issue. I had a very similar problem about 6 months ago and I fixed problem. I had cold solder joint on the video power board. It was the board in the middle. The power supply was to the right. The video board had a driver with a bunch of legs. About 7 solder joint where cold or loose. I solder the board and my mitsu wide screen was fixed. Hope this helps.
