Question about HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi try not repairing the software uninstall it altogether and reinstall it using the most uptodate driver from the manufacturers website don't rely on the disc supplied with your machine because drivers on discs can get corrupted if that doesn't work the scanner is at fault and you'll have to buy a stand alone scanner i'm afraid. good luck

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I GO TO SCAN IT STATES I NEED TO INSTALL SOFTWARE FOR THIS FEATURE I PUT THE SOFTWARE IN AND IT STATES THAT IT IS SUCESSFULLY INSTALLED
