Lst ints disk can't get print to reinst

Here's a brute-force C++ program to do it, assuming FixYa doesn't mangle the formatting. The last loop merely outputs the resulting list, since it makes no sense to just do all the work without showing the result.

► do a L4 uninstallation i.e. by putting the disk for printer.... explore and go to Util and then CCC ... then select uninstallL4
► restart the comp
► download the driivers from Hp.com and then install it
► restart the comp

that a usual problem among printer that cannot print of a vista OS..I suggest that you will use a windows XP .

What Operating system? And you shouldn't really need the disk. The needed drivers should be in support on the manufacturer's website. Find and download the files. Unzip the files so they can be installed.(they should self-extract to a new folder) And to install the driver(s) through Device Manager, select that folder instead of the D:/ E:/ or whatever your CD drive is.

Well, thet just proves that the problem is with the printer itself. I would guess that it is an issue with either the memory or the print engine itself in which case it would most likely require a trip in to a qualified HP service center to resolve the issue.

clean your usb port if it does not work open my comp then watch in that window and keep inserting and uninserting until u see my comp reconize it if you have to do the ladder it is time for a new flash drive they do not last forever

delete the printer icon from the control panel.

unplug the usb cable from the printer

re insert it after few seconds and then wait for another minute

is there any flashing lights, try to check the printer cable or reinstall the driver..

sounds like a bad format on the cd that the printer does not like try a different old bundle of cd's from a fresh pack
most older cd's these days are not excepting new format cd's for some odd reason its not the cd but the player
the cd's using a new polymer coating that old decks cant reconize
theres also the posiblity the cd r is worn and just need a replacement
