"clean" light is blinking

i have a 2010 Prius that we bought new. It has had no problems, but I can tell you from my study of the Prius that pretty much nothing is simple. The easiest way to reset stuff is to disconnect the a start battery connection. You can look on the net how to start a Prius with jumper cables to the engine compartment, and disconnect the start battery there. If you are not comfortable with that, the start battery is in the rear near the spare tire. Disconnect the negative cable only, wait 15 minutes and reconnect. You may have to reprogram your radio push buttons, but so what. If this doesn't work, take it to a shop (maybe toyota dealership) that can read and interpret the trouble codes for a 2010 Prius. Perhaps the heat transfered to a control computer/module caused damage.

Does the power light blinks when you press the reset button?
If power light is blinking continuously then I think your router is not working and you need a new one.

I think there is a real problem with the whole cleaning system with the Mr. Coffee Pot. I have one and after making only a few pots of coffee, the light starts blinking. I have cleaned it over and over and still get the same alert. My son had the same problem you have with his, it wouldn't finish the cleaning cycle. He'd had it awhile and ended up tossing it because it was beyond the warranty and store told him too bad. I've had other Mr Coffee makers and like them, but they didn't have the irritating "clean" alert OR the obnoxious BEEPING to let you know it's done brewing. If I knew this was going to be an issue - I would never have bought it. Why do they have to screw around with a good thing - more buttons and thing cycles to cause problems.

If the check engine light is on, there is a problem that the computer has detected and it needs to be fixed first. Once the proper repair(s) have been made you can use a code reader that has the ability to "reset" the light. You could also just disconnect the battery for 15 minutes. If the problem hasen't been fixed the light will come back on.

If you didn't turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF, before removing the filter. That is the problem. To clear the error message. Turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF, unplug the unit, remove the filter and reinstall it. Wait 10 minutes, plug the unit back in, turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to ON. The controls should have reset themselves and the clean filter light should not appear.

There's about four to six plastic knobs to remove cover facing rear end. Pull the spare wheel cover. On each side in the quarter panel remove plastice knobs. Pull back. Each light has two nuts, remove. Pull light covers and change. Took me a 30 minutes, had to clean out the trunk first :). Good luck!

try to unplug it for 30 minutes this should reset the control board. and clear any errors it has. and may start working again. let me know how it goes OR
try this to get it in diagnostic test mode have the dryer in standby mode then press and hold more time and less time and then press the power button to get out of this mode you will have to unplug the unit for at least 1 minute

I had these problems on my 2005 911 when the battery died. Apparently when it goes IT GOES. I had no problem with the battery until this time and then suddenly it was dead.

I've heard since that this is common on Porsche 996 when the battery is dead and then is should also be the case with the 986 Boxter.

I removed the old battery and left the car without a battery for at least 30 minutes (while doing some other maintainance). Put a new battery in and no problems after that. On most cars if you disconnect the battery for like 15 minutes the maintainance computer resets its self and all warninglights should dissapear unless there is a real fault, then the appropriate light should come back on!

unplug the unit for 30 seconds, then plug back in. I had this problem, and it is a solution to most modern electronic devices. it reboots the system.
