Alltel motorola razr vc3 wont download pictures.

This has never been a problem in the past, but starting a couple days ago any pictures or videos i recieve will not download. I try to click on the option to download the picture and it just says unable to download try again later. if i click on the picture at the top of the list of details it says error unable to download.I'm also unable to send any messages. another thing i noticed although i dont know if its relevant is when i checked my messages in motorola phone tools only one of the picture messages were listed and there was another text there from a number i dont recognize that was not listed in my phone.

Call ALLTEL for the SERVICE Number. You accidentally erase it. This uses to send/receive msg maybe the Picture/Video too. Try boot-up ur Phone. Goodluck

you should have the phone debrand by flashing a new firmware on the phone and this would remove the block place in the phone.

Downloading
does your laptop have a bluetooth connection?? if does you can connect it to your phone, if not ,, install a bluetooth to your laptop, or using usb cable, just download the motorola drivers to your laptop so that the laptop can recognized your phone

Send the pictures from my razr v3 to my computer
There are a couple of ways to do this, You can use "Motorola phone tools" to transfer pics, video and, ringers to and from your phone computer via a usb cable. You can save your pictures to a memory card and then send them as a email to yourself and then download them to your computer.

Usb connection laptop to razr v3m (phone manager)
download a program called motorola drive installer. connect your phone threw a usb cable then start the program. let it clean itself automaitacly then choose update drivers then clean and repair. all of this is done with your phone connected to your pc it should work with alltel if not email me at [email protected]
