We have had the ILO Television, only approx six months. Worked just fine up until first of this week. When we try to turn it on, it lights up STAND BY. ?? Spent all day yesterday on the phone trying to find someone to talk to. Like all the other problems listed on this sight, it is impossible to talk to someone representing ILO. We called Wal-Mart, this is where we bought it, and the Manager called back and said they have had numerous complaints. He also told is he believed it was made by Sony. Again, I have not been able to find anyone to talk to. So, with this information, I have decided to make a formal Complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I can only hope everyone else that has had the same problem will do the same. When you make that kind of investment, it should last a little longer than six months. All other electronic devices have a one year Manufacturers Warranty. This should be no exception. And, may very well have, but, who do you call??

I am sorry, Thats the one manufacturer that I diont have any experience with. although I would quess that its a signal processor that may be at fault being that you cant switch inputs.I would try to resubmitt your request to one of the other experts that may be famillar with that manufacturer.

Thats A 26" LCD tv sets thats sold mostly by walley world. The problem you describe is most likly the sustain voltage on the LCD screen has a bad capacitor in the power supply circuit that supplies that voltage to the driver board. If you still have a warranty Take it in or hopefully you bought an extended warranty with the set. Good Luck.
