I plugged my camera in to upload my pictures and videos but the HP Photo Transfer is not working. It says that windows is trying to configure Unload and that "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other unavailable disk" and to "insert the 'unload' disk and click ok" I have no idea what this means, the Photo Transfer has always worked. Now it needs the CD? I don't have it here I'm not sure what happened to it. I was able to get the pictures by going to my computer, clicking on the device and clicking get these pictures, but that doesnt get the videos. Hmm any help? It'd be veryyy apprieciated. thnx. =]
If you want to get the photos and movies off, plug in the camera, make sure it's 'recognized' by the computer and go to My Computer, and look for a Removable drive, or it might say the name of your camera - right click on this and choose Explore. This will open a window where you can browse the files on the camera. You might have to search in a few folders to find your files but once you do, you can drag them on to the desktop of you computer and they will copy over. (make a folder on your desktop to keep them tidy)

What I would try to do is reboot the computer, and try again...if that doesn't work, then go to download.com and see if they have any software that can help with that.
