Hi if you want the data which is in your memory card, please visit nearest mobile repairing shop along with your phone and memory card. There they can generate the current password with the help of some repairing tools. But remember do not Restore the Phone's settings by typing *#7780#.....or any other.Because it will automatically delete the Password. And in case if you don't want the data just format it by inserting the memory card to another phone of different model or format it by using Card Unlocker.Good luck. Thanks for visiting fixya.
Assuming that your op. system is Windows XP, at the user log on screen hit the CTRL+ALT+DELETE twice. This will bring you at a log on screen that you can type "administrator" for user and none (blank field) for password. Hit OK and after the system log on change your account's password as you wish. In case you have already change the default administrator password, post me back to give you more details for resetting this password.

go to setting in your mobile
go to restore setting
go to factory setting
enter the phone password which you have to set or already remember
if you don't know your password then enter 1234 or 0000or123456789
simply remove or disconnect the lithium battery (CMOS battery) for 1 minute and then place it back
you have to remove the back cover to get to the CMOS battery --- not the back up battery-- the CMOS battery on the mainboard
this will default to no password required
