My rca disk they gave me in the package says it wont download
I put the disk in my computer and it says it will stop downloading because i have a Windows Me 2000 or something like that. i looked in the instructions on the setup of it and it says you need Windows 2000 or XP and higher to work. Does that mean i cant download any songs on my mp3?!?!?!?!?
-Frustrated and dissappointed :(
Well I have a Me to and it sucks but thats not the point. Ok I had another rca product and it came with software that worked with windows me so i just use that software and it works i could send it to
No.
Your RCA Opal is a plug and play device
1. Plug USB cord into Headphone Jack (you MUST use the USB that came with the RCA Opal)
2. Plug USB cord into computer
3. Wait...
4. In my computer, it'll say "usb device" or "drive f" or whatever
5. Open "media" folder on that drive
6. And put your Mp3s on there.
if you can't do that, than you need to upgrade your computer. Not many MP3 players support ME.

That software won't work on Vista. I wish I had better news for you but the only way you are going to work with your #1+ will be to either buy the new software or find an old computer with windows 95.
i have 1 just like yours and i download whatever i want to put onto it 2 my computer then when i plug in my player i go 2 my computer and pull the player up and open it and copy and paste what i downloaded to the computer over 2 the player
u don't need to download any software for it. you can download music onto the mp3 via windows media player. when in windows media player, select the sync button and plug in your mp3 via the USB port. media player will recognize the devise and you can download music that way.
Ok.if you have the Disc come with the sansa. You need to install the disc, install the CONVERT (something) like that then you can put video or pics into your sansa.
