I put the disk in my computer and it says it will stop downloading because i have a Windows Me 2000 or something like that. i looked in the instructions on the setup of it and it says you need Windows 2000 or XP and higher to work. Does that mean i cant download any songs on my mp3?!?!?!?!? -Frustrated and dissappointed :(
Well I have a Me to and it sucks but thats not the point. Ok I had another rca product and it came with software that worked with windows me so i just use that software and it works i could send it to
No. Your RCA Opal is a plug and play device 1. Plug USB cord into Headphone Jack (you MUST use the USB that came with the RCA Opal) 2. Plug USB cord into computer 3. Wait... 4. In my computer, it'll say "usb device" or "drive f" or whatever 5. Open "media" folder on that drive 6. And put your Mp3s on there. if you can't do that, than you need to upgrade your computer. Not many MP3 players support ME.
