Question about Bugaboo Cameleon Jogger
When I pull up the knobs on the side of the hand bars to enable me to fold the buggy or reverse the position of the hand bars it doesn't move. It seems to be jammed at the pivot point (inside the mechanism where the big silver button is) on the left side. The right side seems OK. I have tried spraying the silicon that came with it to lubricate it but still it wont budge. Does anyone know how I can get into the mechanism so I can fix it? Any help much appreciated.
Problem suggests that you have not followed the user operation procedure correctly and hence damaged the folding mechanism. It is possilble you may have damaged locking gear of the folding mechanism on the left side while trying to fold the equipment sometime during earlier operation. You may like to consult a service engineer to fix the problem
