You left so little information my friend, it will be impossible to help you. I did however find Magnavox home page where you can request service on your TV set. You will need to go to the link I leave you and on the right side of the page, click on request service. Then a customer service person should be able to assist you. All I can find from the info you left is that your zip is 28601. The Magnavox site should be able to help you. Good Luck, and I hope you get your set repaired. The link is

You are suffering from a convergence problem. In this case I recommend you see a TV tech. To pull the convergence board is a real chore. Your convergence board will have too many bad grounds to even begin to count. You may not have to replace the convergence IC. The IC will be of a STK-393-110. In many cases this IC will be replaced by an after market part. You will have to check and replace resistors of a 2 watt value of about 3.9 ohms. In good faith, the TV man will replace this convergence IC ,as to try to correct the problem the first time. Good advice for the ,do it your selfer. Take this note to a TV tech. Some knowledge could save you a few bucks. Thanks for asking and show all hands of support!
I would change all three. alittle expensive, but on this old of a vehicle I would not waste time and trouble. if this doesnt work then maybe some ignition problems. But i would guess that battery, starter, alternator, should do the trick
IF its the lamp for Lcd. Hi,it sounds like your lamp is going bad,its symptoms are : will shut off and on,led indicators. The lamp on your set last 6000-8000 hrs 2--3 yrs and its made by Philips .Part # is xl-2200 found it here: http://www.discount-merchant.com/SearchResults.asp?Search=XL2200+?Click=48173 God bless you!
- Check the back cover "Switch cover" located bottom right. Make sure it is plugged in properly to the digital board (big silver case board".
- could also be sighns of the light or color wheel going. Lights at the front will let you know with flashing sequence.
most likly its your lamp you just need to get a new one off the internet or you can bring it to a repair shop and they will be able to replace it for alittle bit more then the lamp itself will cost
could be a couple of things first i would guess to be convergance ic then IC831S (STR-X6456).and could be loose connection. you could try this to narrow it down, purchase a can of freeze at radio shock and spray it on these ic one at a time see if it stays on longer or just replace them
try removing one neck board at a time and see if it stays on and longer, don;t let the board touch any metal or a short wil follow and you got problems.try the red first,
That is the exact problem I am currently having with my toshiba 50 in. I did some reading and it sounds like there is a temperature drift across one of the capacitors on the board and it takes longer and longer to warm up. Havent fixed it yet...
